4.1 Deposit Terms

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. A 25x wagering requirement must be met to use the bonus.

5.2 Wagering Terms

You must wager 25 times the sum of the bonus amount and the deposit amount before withdrawing the bonus balance. For example, if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus on a ৳1,000 deposit, you must complete total wagering of ৳3,000 × 25 = ৳75,000.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Bonus abuse — such as claiming the same bonus on multiple accounts, receiving a bonus using false information, or attempting to circumvent bonus terms — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account and bonus will be forfeited.

VIP Program and Loyalty Rewards

The ey382 VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The cashback earned at each tier based on a player's gaming activity is listed below:

Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

Suspicious financial activity
